One thing you can do to help people, is to help them in need. Say someone is getting bullied, step up and help the person. It's the small things that can seem like massive things. Helping someone in need is the right thing to do. If you're stuck in a rut, wouldn't you want someone to help you out of it?

I totally agree. I was bullied to some degree as a child, and I wish people would of stepped up for me. As a parent I think it's the right thing to do. If I ever saw a child get bullied I immediately run over and stop the commotion. People can be rude, but a small sign of help goes a long way, trust me.
